Shipping;

Most orders are processed same or next day, on weekends and holidays the next business day, we ship in the continental USA only, we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx, a ship confirmation with a tracking number will arrive via e–mail once your order is in transit.


Return Policy: We are committed to your satisfaction, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you are well come to do so, however, return item(s) are accepted in its original conditions only, there will be a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of our error, shipping fees are not refundable and customer is responsible for return postage. Shipping fees will be refunded when the return is a result of our error. Please note, customers who used our free shipping and handling offer, and wish to return the order back to us, will be charged the original shipping and handling fees and charges will be deducted from the total refund going back to the customer.

No returns on followings;

  • Items that are used, cut, washed, pressed or dyed.
  • Sewing patterns.
  • Closeouts, clearance and remnants.
  • After 15 days of your original shipping date.
