Dritz iron-on patches are strong and best used for mending, reinforcement, and decorative applications. Patches are made of 100% cotton and all these patches are washable and dry cleanable.
Faded Blue, Denim Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Navy Blue, White, Beige, Khaki, Grey, and Black. Packages contain two 5” x 5” iron-on patches with application instructions.
Please note: the colors have been named by the manufacturer and might not coincide with the way you would describe them. Also, due to monitor setup variants, the colors shown in the images may slightly vary from the actual product.

Products Availability
We keep our store stocked up, and all items for sale are 99% of the time in stock and ready for quick shipping. We will update the ship-by date if your item is out of stock or if there are any other shipping issues.

Shipping charges are combined automatically for all orders of multiple items. There is a base shipping fee for the first item, and for every additional item, there will be another small fee.

How can we reach you in the event of issues such as item availability, order errors, address issues, etc? Your email and phone number are not available to us, and sending messages through Etsy is not the best way. 90% of the time, we don't receive customer responses because they don’t see our message. To avoid delays or cancellations, please provide your phone/email with your order by “Message Seller”. Just in case.
We are not responsible

Your package is delivered to the wrong address because your shipping address is different from the shipping address you provided on your Etsy order.
Lost package due to theft or delivered to the wrong address by a carrier, please contact Etsy customer service for help.
Delays caused by the carrier or the weather. If your package is delayed, please reach out to the carrier for the whereabouts of your package and estimate the delivery date/time.
Package arrived damaged or not in good condition. We ensure that all our packages are handled with care and prompt service before leaving our store.

Returns
Returns are accepted; however, the returning item(s) are only accepted in their original condition and within 14 days from the delivery date. If the return is not a result of our error, the shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return postage. No returns are accepted on the following.
1-Custom cut zippers.
2-Items that are used, cut, washed, pressed, or dyed.
3-After 14 days from the item delivery date.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted; however, please request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If you have more than one order and want us to cancel one, please provide the order number and order details so we can cancel the correct order.
Exchanges
Sorry, we don’t do exchanges. If you accidentally buy the wrong item(s), you are welcome to return the wrong item(s) for a refund and re-purchase the correct item(s), and we promise quick shipping.
