To order one or multiple yards; choose "By the yard" under (Select Lace Length), and choose a number for the yards needed in the Quantity Dropdown, for example, selecting 5 in the Quantity Dropdown will get you 5 yards of lace trim. We send multiple full yards as one continuous piece. Most trims have a maximum uncut length of 20 yards.

We are not responsible
- Your package is delivered to the wrong address because your shipping address is different from the shipping address you provided on your Etsy order.
- Lost package due to theft or delivered to the wrong address by a carrier, please contact Etsy customer service for help.
- Delays caused by the carrier or the weather, if your package is delayed, please reach out to the carrier for the whereabouts of your package and estimate the delivery date/time.
- Package arrived damaged or not in good conditions. We ensure that all our packages are handle with care and prompt service before leaving our store.
Returns
Returns are accepted however, the returning item(s) are only accepted in their original conditions and within 14 days from the delivery date. If the return is not a result of our error, the shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for return postage. No returns are accepted on the following.
1-Custom cut zippers.
2-Items that are used, cut, washed, pressed, or dyed.
3-After 14 days from the item delivery date.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted however please request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If you have more than one order and want us to cancel one, please provide the order number and order details so we can cancel the correct order.
